Industrialized food is healthy in several aspects. The statement that processed food is not health or less healthy than those in natura does not have evidence in science. As well as in the food in natura, each processed food has determined components and nutrients that characterizes it.

Consumers shall define their choices without being worried if the food is processed or not. It also doesn’t matter if the selected product with ingredients that are also part of food, such as starch, protein, fat, fiber, etc. It also doesn’t matter if the selected product contains food additives, as they do not cause any damages to the health and are only approved by ANVISA for specific purposes if its efficiency and safety are proven.
