FOOD INGREDIENTS USED IN INDUSTRIALIZED DOUGHS MANUFACTURING
In 2021, Instituto de Tecnologia de Alimentos (Ital) and the Associação Brasileira das Indústrias de Biscoitos, Massas Alimentícias e Pães & Bolos Industrializados (ABIMAPI), conducted a survey on the information stated in the labels of 269 doughs, of 29 different brands marketed in Brazil.
