THE FOOD INGREDIENTS USED IN THE INDUSTRIALIZED ICE CREAM
In 2021, Instituto de Tecnologia de Alimentos (Ital) and Associação Brasileira da Indústria de Alimentos (ABIS), conducted data collection on the information stated in the labels of 180 industrialized ice creams, from 13 different industries. In this study, we have identified the ingredients present in the industrialized ice creams marketed in Brazilian marketed, classified in the study as common food raw materials, food raw materials for industrial use, additives and low calories sweeteners (sweeteners):
