LOW CALORIES SWEETENERS USED IN INDUSTRIALIZED YOGURTS

The low calories sweeteners represent one of the most researched ingredients worldwide, with scientific studies and food safety authorities consistently confirming its safety, and that the low calories sweeteners can be used instead of sugar as part of a balanced diet. Among the 150 types of products analyzed, 32 use sweeteners in the yogurt mass preparation, and 29 use sweeteners in preparations and syrups, etc.

  • LACTITOL: used in 2 products
  • SORBITOL: used in 4 products
