THE FOOD INGREDIENTS USED IN THE INDUSTRIALIZED YOGURT MANUFACTURING
In 2020, Instituto de Tecnologia de Alimentos (Ital) and Associação Brasileira de Laticínios (Viva Lácteos), conducted data collection on the information stated in the labels of 150 industrialized yogurts, from 16 different brands, marketed in Brazil. In this study, we have identified the ingredients present in the industrialized YOGURTS marketed in Brazilian marketed, classified in the study as common food raw materials, food raw materials for industrial use, additives and low calories sweeteners (sweeteners):
