MAIN RAW MATERIALS FOR DOUGH FILLINGS
Generally, Doughs fillings are composed mainly of common food raw materials used to make doughs at homes and Pasta factories, and most of them are available to the consumer in the retail segment.
- Meat: beef, pork, chicken and duck
- Meat by-products: beef, chicken, mortadella, raw ham and chicken protein
- Cheese: Mozzarella, Blue, Danbo, Gorgonzola. Mascarpone, Parmesan (parmigiano Rggiano, Grana Padano), Scamorza, processed ricotta, cream cheese, ricotta, mix of cream cheese, fat and starch
- Other milk by-products: Milk cream, butter, powdered milk
- Mushrooms: champignon and porcini.
- Vegetables: tomato, spinach, garlic, celery, black olives, onion, carrot, cashew nut, nuts, potato, dehydrated potato, pumpkin puree and corn cream
- Spices, aromatic herbs and extracts: saffron, cinnamon, parsley, rosemary, oregano, yeast extract, tomato extract, rosemary extract, tomato extract, rosemary extract. Italian mustard, sage, black pepper, white pepper, paprika, ginger and nutmeg
