THE FOOD INGREDIENTS USED IN THE INDUSTRIALIZED JUICES MANUFACTURING
In 2020, Instituto de Tecnologia de Alimentos (Ital) and Associação Brasileira de Refrigerantes e Bebidas não Alcoólicas (ABIR), conducted data collection on the information stated in the labels of 217 items of industrialized juices and other non-carbonated juice, from 26 different brands/companies, marketed in Brazil. In this study, ingredients present in these industrialized beverages were identified, classified in the study as common food raw materials, food raw materials appropriate for industrial useand additives:
