In 2019, Instituto de Tecnologia de Alimentos (Ital) and the Associação Brasileira das Indústrias de Biscoitos, Massas Alimentícias e Pães & Bolos Industrializados (ABIMAPI), conducted a survey on the information stated in the labels of 70 items of loaves of bread, of five different brands marketed in Brazil.
